This is number one first ever flip, and I do plan on working with do hard money again. They made it really easy. I get into real estate has always been an interest of mine just I got friends they have properties and things of that nature and I really want to tell my boss to beat it a few years. So really looking for like finance for freedom. I found it actually through my real estate agent. I didn't know what I was looking for, so just by giving her just a few idea say it's my first time I'm new to this. She had this on there listening and we came and looked at it I was like okay let's go. We'll will beautify it of course like I said the wood throughout is gonna be stained we've already did electrically here, so we're making like a nice family room. I think it's just a standard rehab we are knocking down any walls or anything like that, blue kitchen, a new bath, of course; we're going to redo the basement, and a bedroom and a bath also downstairs, put any roof on so what I'll have all new appliances furnace I want to say anything anybody. I would think would want it anywhere else our floor plan for the kitchen was to do a you go all the way around with cabinets because originally they were just cabinets on this wall new hard money has helped me achieve my goals what helped me get started because I didn't know where even with this property I still wasn't sure I knew about it I didn't pull the trigger the agent kept asked me about it I was talking to friends about it I'll never forget my best friend he was like man just take a leap and that's where I'm at basically gave me the funding to make it happen I didn't have the capital I was looking the credit was fine but basically I presented my deal to do hard they went over it I got a call back and they were just as excited as I was I was kind of blown away it was like okay you're good let's go it was almost like too good to be true so yeah they they they've helped tremendously I'm probably had 150 to make about fifty-thousand this might be the way to go I mean it doesn't cost a lot out of pocket long as the deal is great they all financed you and you can go. I think the most important thing to try. I think that's where a lot of us fail it they were just afraid to try like I said out even I was hesitant at one point, where I was actually going to pass on it. It's going it's not perfect, it's gonna be some hurdles you're going to fall on your face but we fall on our faces anyways ......!! As kids so got to try.
